1.What shipping methods do you offer and what is the estimated delivery date?
We offer three shipping methods. Standard Shipping (Airmail):We offer a complimentary tracking number for orders over $30.If your order is less than $30,you need to pay an extra $1.70 to get a tracking number. Priority Shipping with Tracking Number:This shipping method utilizes a special postal route to deliver packages directly to the United States and the United Kingdom. This service is faster than airmail and costs less than express shipping. Express Shipping with Tracking Number:According to your shipping address,our system will automatically select the lowest-priced express shipping method (e.g. EMS, DHL, etc.).Considering the complicated international shipping procedures, the following estimated delivery time tablebelow is provided for reference only and will not necessarily apply to every shipment.
2.Where can I check the shipping status of my order?
Click here  to visit the Order List in My Account to check your order status, shipment status, shipping date,tracking number,tracking website,etc.
3.Why isn’t the tracking information for my order available online?
For registered airmail, the tracking information takes 5-7 working days from the time of shipment to update online. Please try to track your order after 7 business days to get your package status. For express shipping, the tracking information is available 1-3 working days after the package has shipped out. If the tracking information is not available within these timeframes, please click here  to ask our customer service team for help.
4.Why can’t I choose an exact shipping method? Our system will automatically select the lowest cost shipping method for customers in order to save you money. This method saves time and reduces the headache of manually searching for the lowest priced shipping company. 
5.How are taxes and customs duties handled?
As per our data, less than 1 percent of packages are opened and checked by customs officials at their destination. In the event that your package is inspected, you (the customer) will be responsible to pay any taxes that have been assessed. Although the possibility of import taxes is very slim, we strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import policy before making a purchase.
When ordering from cosmos33.com, the recipient is the recorded importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The customer is ultimately responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Please remember that some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered lasers). Returns & Replacements
  If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days from the original shipping date. Exclusions may apply. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.  
Receive the replacement or refund. cosmos33.com will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned items.   Things to Remember Be sure to keep in touch with us before the replacement or refund is resolved. Please provide a tracking number on return shipments to ensure the safety of your parcel.  
cosmos33.com will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments. Since we do not charge our customers any shipping fees when delivering the original shipment, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.  
How can I receive a refund? Since all payments are made through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal account. It will be processed within 1-3 business days after clearing your return, at which point you will receive a PayPal confirmation e-mail.
